just wanna get opinions on this do you think hacking to get promotional pokemon is legitimate on the one hand people who want every pokemon should be allowed but using them in the now online competitive games doesnt seem fair
 
Well the Pokémon won't be legitimate no matter what, and yes, it should not be used online to battle. But if someone is going to keep it to themselves, it's up to them whether or not they want to challenge of finding their Pokémon, event or not.
 
I don't like hacked Pokèmon but for events I'm a bit conflicted, since I also hate it when some Pokèmon are only available as events >.<
They will never be LEGIT. But I don't mind as much having a hacked Shaymin as having another hacked Pokèmon. (and I do... also have a Jirachi who is so obviously hacked its annoying... Shaymin is from the flower Paradise so it doesn't look that extremely fake, but it can't unlock the gracidea flower >.<)
