Halloween Roleplays (Ideas)

Well guys and gals, we're two months out from Halloween, and given the standard life-expectancy of seasonal roleplays, that means now is the time to begin working on a really awesome Halloween Roleplay.

Any ideas?

Hmm... sounds interesting... are we playing as humans or as halloween monsters?

 

[Heroic Sociopath]

Maybe something where people fight monsters? In this case, we could make it short lived, so maybe some players could be human, and some could be monsters?

murder mystery, kingdom hearts halloween town.... the choices are indeed cool

 

[Midorikawa]

Maybe something like humans become what they're dressed as for halloween and have until halloween is over to fix the problem

Maybe a Dead Island/Pokemon mix. Pokemon trainers are staying at a resort, and they have to fight off the seemingly endless hoardes of Pokemon zombies with their Pokemon.

I think...Normally, we make characters that serve as our proxies, or costumes...So I'mma make an RP where we play as ourselves.

I'm considering a rather simplistic premise (is it more twisted than it sounds? Only one way to find out...), the characters - all relatives of each other, cousins, nieces, uncles, etc., come to visit their ailing grandmother at her urgent request, as the poor, flustered old woman insists her house is haunted by the ghost of her deceased husband. Seeking to allay her fears, they agree to search through her house, combing through dusty stacks of books in long abandoned bedrooms and stuffy attic spaces that haven't seen light since the old farm house's building.

What will you find? Will you be able to put the dear family matron's fears to rest? ...Or is she more right than she knows?

Obviously, SOMETHING is going on. It wouldn't be a very good Horror-Genre installment otherwise... (well, I suppose it could be, but that's not really my style) The kicker? Whatever's going on, most or all of the characters will die before the end.
