I am currently in a Halloween Competition, and I need some advice on my team. Basically, I need you all to look over and see if this team is any good.

Salamance @ Leftovers
Adamant
Intimidate
252 atk, 120 hp, 136 spe

-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge

Basically just a physical attacker.

Blaziken @ Life Orb
Jolly
Blaze
252 atk, 252 spe, 4 hp
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Sky Uppercut
-Stone Edge

I had little trouble with this set, and I like it.

Raichu @ Focus Sash
Modest
Static
6 hp, 262 SpA, 252 spe
-Nasty Plot
-Thunderbolt
-Grass Knot
-Focus Blast

I love this set.

Gengar @ Life orb
Adamant
Levitate
252 atk, 212 spe 4 hp
-Focus Punch
-Hypnosis
-Shadow Ball
-Explosion

I like it, but I need to know if the Payback is necessary. Basically, Hypnosis + Focus Punch = Damage

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful
Thick Fat
168 hp, 120 def, 220 spe
-Curse
-Return
-Rest
-Crunch

Curselax. Nothing else said.

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Calm
Torrent
252 hp, 252 spD, 4 spA
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Stealth Rock
-Roar

My lead, and also a wall along with Snorlax

There is my team, any comments?

All I can say is... no. Just.. no. D= Why Payback? Gengar's fast so it won't be going last, and it doesn't even get STAB on it. If you're going to use Gengar.. you should really use a Special-oriented set. D= Using Focus Punch/Explosion to make a mixed set is okay, but really.. just.. what. ._.

What else then for the Payback?

Switch Stone edge for Fire Blast or Flamthrower, DClaw and EQ cover everything except Bronzong and Skarm. You also may want to swap Leftovers with Life Orb and go all out Att:252 Spe:252 since Dragonite is bulkier than Salamence so you should use him in one of these instances. You may also want to read up on Mix Mence sets as they can be pretty good.

Blaziken @ Life Orb
Jolly
Blaze
252 atk, 252 spe, 4 hp
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Sky Uppercut
-Stone Edge

Swap Life Orb for something like Choice Scarf, Life Orb + moves like FB and BB mean that Blaziken would cause itself too much damage. If using a scarf youu may want to drop some speed. You can now go for a Adamant nature but check Smogon to see how much speed you need. Additionaly, nothing says you can't focus on Blazikens special attack which is good.

Raichu @ Focus Sash
Modest
Static
6 hp, 262 SpA, 252 spe
-Nasty Plot
-Thunderbolt
-Grass Knot
-Focus Blast

Looks fine although Raichu is a pretty crap Pokemon, even after NP it's still let down by its defences.

This set needs fixing, the Ev spread sucks since you need more Sp.Att and haven't even used all 510 evs.

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful
Thick Fat
168 hp, 120 def, 220 spe
-Curse
-Return
-Rest
-Crunch
Swap Return for 30% Body Slam as paralasis chance is much more beneficial on a defencive Pokemon like him, especialy a slow one. Why does it have 220 Spe? It's not going to outrun anything, you should probibly go for defence.

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Calm
Torrent
252 hp, 252 spD, 4 spA
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Stealth Rock
-Roar

Fine I guess.

You defonitly lack any phisical walls, 'Lax and Empo' hate most phisical attacks they don't resist unless 'Lax has managed a curse or two. It's not a bad team but needs *a lot* of improvement.
