Hana Draws Random Gen II Pokemon For No Reason

And the first is Phanpy, who I drew on a whim late last night. Actually turned out pretty well, though the pose is pretty much from the Silver sprite and something about his shape bothers me. I've been working on a Quilava today, but she's kinda far from finished.

I'm pondering the idea of turning this into a daily thing, so I can at least get back into the groove of drawing stuff. >_> (Hence the Gen II bit; not only is it my favorite generation Pokemon-wise, but it's also the smallest generation IIRC. xd)

Edit: The pose for this Hitmontop may have been taken from some capoeira picture I found on Google Images, and the screentone stuff used to give this picture color may have been from Manga Studio. I also may have caused ink to bleed onto further pages of my sketchbook because of the India Ink used for this. Yep yep.

Also the Pichu is very cute, and very funny! I imagine it looking like a lion in the end. Also your Quilava and Phanphy also have cuteness.

So the RNG picked Lanturn today (well, yesterday). And I'm not really caring too much for how this one turned out.. I think a brief exchange between me and ZoraJolteon sums things up well:

So there you go, Bloodangler the Lanturn. Pity I kinda messed this one up, of all the Gen II Pokemon Lanturn is among my favorites.

Hoooooly crap, this took a long time to draw, though it was mostly the coloring/shading. But my favorite Pokemon are from the Hoppip line, so this Skiploom was worth the time.
