Hardest/Easiest Pokemon to Catch

Easiest
Palkia
Pinsir (Pearl)
Uxie
Pikachu (Blue)
Aipom

Hardest
Cresselia- finally capture it with an Ultraball
Azelf
Beldum- I have totally given up on getting it
Paras (Pearl)
 
Easiest:
Shiny Palkia- He practically leaped into my Dusk Ball. And stayed there.

Hardest:
Latios- I lost count of how many times I chased him down just to see him pop out of every one of my Ultra Balls. >.<
 
Easiest:
Pidgey?
Kyogre was easy one time too.

Hardest:
Articuno D: I ended up just using my Master Ball.
 
Easiest: Dialga I just threw 3 ultra balls, 1/6 of it's HP gone....It just offered itself to me or something....

Hardest: Giratina...I ended up restarting a lot.....
 
I used 7-8 great balls on a snorlax in FireRed trying to catch it! SHould not be that hard to catch, I used leech seed and got it down to a few hp and it leaped out of my great ball and I thought "Oh no, its going to faint from leech seed" but it used rest and went to sleep, then I caught it no problem.
 
Easiest:
Most none-legenday pokemon,
Palkia,
Regigigas, I guess, after hearing about how hard it was to catch and my fight only took not even 10 balls.

Hardest:
Chatot, stupid thing took forever to catch for a none-legend,
most, if not all, of the hoenn legendaries,
azelf, for obvious reasons,
beldum, for something that only knew one move, it was d***ed hard to catch
 
Dialga happily leaped into the first quick ball I chucked at it.
So did Palkia.
And Uxie was easy in comparison to its NP-Hax and Flee-Hax siblings.
Those were a pain in the ass. >:|

Speaking of which, is there a list of pokemon by rarity/catch rate somewhere? I couldn't find one on Bulbapedia.
 
Latios was a nightmare for me in Ruby... especially as I'd forgotten to pick up the Master Ball, and so couldn't even resort to that. It was down to 1 HP and paralysed, and still popping out of every Ultra Ball I threw. In the end, I traded over my Master Ball from Fire Red to get it. Mewtwo went into an Ultra Ball pretty easily (and also had the manners to stay in the same place).
 
Easiest: Pidgey, Caterpie, and Diagla(I just used 4 Ultrballs)....
Hardest: The three legendry dogs(G/S/C), Rayquaza(Emerald, I used hundreds of Ultraballs to catch it...),
 
Nosepass just jumped into only 1 Ultraball and it was mine, same with Igglybuff
Eevee was a bitch to catch in the Trophy Garden
Jynx is a bitch to catch in Crystal, I can't even find one in the Ice Cave!
 
Easy? Giratina. Leapt into the third Dusk Ball I threw at it.

Hard? Heatran. Took like 7 soft resets, not counting the times I accidentally OHKO'd it. Stupid damage variation hax...
 
(Not counting Master Balls)

Easiest:
Dialga and Palkia in D/P
Articuno/Zapdos/Moltres in XD (caught them with 2 Timer/Ultra Balls each, IIRC)
Entei in Collo (I caught him with a Great Ball while stalling)

Hardest:
Suicune in Collo (blame Venus' Steelix)
Lunatone in XD (I was abit underleveled, and it just wouldn't stay in the ball >_>)
