I was thinking, what could be the hardest things to do in a main series pokemon game, more so Gen IV D/P/Pt and what could be easy so post what you think... note, no cheating or hacking allowed to mae things hard, but doable

Hard:

Obtain a munchlax from a honey tree
find a feebas without trading
Get every pokemon
Get every pokemon and make them lv100
Get every pokemon as a shiny (excluding legendaries and no hacks)

Get a whole team of competitive battlers that can win wifi battles and they are all shiny.

Win 200 straight wins in Battle Tower
Win every master rank contest with every one of your pokemon
Obtain all event pokemon legit

Beat E4 100 times (after a while, more tedious than hard)

Easy (I cant think of much for this):

Complete regional pokedex in D/P/Pt
Win 7 wins in Battle Tower
Breed one or more pokemon
Find and bring a pokemon to Soleceon town newspaper place
Capture all unown in Soleceon ruins
Grow some berries
Catch a magikarp

Capturing an Abra in Pokemon blue.

Ha seriously it took me about an hour to catch one once.

Hard:
Catching legendary roamers with a quick ball (Tried!)
Leveling up all pokemon on your team to level 100
Catching a shiny in the Great Marsh
Finding/Catching the level 99 Magikarp at the Resort Area

Easy:
Catching bug pokemon (Easy for me at least) XD

Hard:
Catching a rare pokemon in the safari zone in all games
Finding people to battle with/trade with/breed for
Getting enough TMs and EVO items that are one time use stuff.
Remembering to do the daily stuff. (I forget easily)

Easy:
Breeding pokemon
Going through the game
Getting Pokedollars

Easiest:
Catching a Pikachu in Pokemon Blue
Catching Palkia

Hardest:
Trying to capture Giratina in Platinum!!

The basic stuff's fairly easy but catching Feebas and Chimecho (in R/S) and winning tons of battles in the Battle Frontier are certainly quite tough.

Tough: Battle Frontier and waiting for the next game. Also, knowing to go to Mahogany Town to continue the storyline.

Easy: Team Rocket.

I have caught 3 chmecho in Sapphire and as yet, No feebas. Is there any way of changing the saying in Dewford Hall, mine won't change from "Electric No.1" no matter how much I try and say "no" to the trendy saying and try to replace it I get "I still think Electric No.1 is in" or something like that and it won't change. Is there any way to know what squares in river have feebas based on this saying?

Tough:
Getting a Frontier Symbol
Defeating Cynthia's garchomp
Winner a Master Rank Contest
Getting an entire pokemon team to 100
Winning prizes at the Game Corner without buying coins

Easy:
Making Poffins
Finding a pokemon in the wild
Saving the game

to the best of my knowledge, it differs from game to game. There is no set system. RNG sorta thing I guess, influenced by that saying. All I can say is... fish that stupid river to death and hope for the best.

Hard:
Maxing a pokemon's beauty by making poffins by yourself
Catching the Roaming Birds( I mean they were a pain enough when they weren't roaming in FR/LG)
Soft Setting for a shiny
Getting into the resort area with a pokemon that has contest ribbons only
Catching Heatran at full health with Pokeballs
Going to the poke lotto and having all five digits match
Getting all five stars on your trainer card
Beating the whole game with a Starly
Thinking up a good nickname for a pokemon(it can be frustrating at times)
Ev training!

Easy:
Obtaining your starter Pokemon
Catching a pokemon with the Masterball
Killing a pokemon by using a super effective move
Fighting a lvl 5 pokemon with a lvl 100 pokemon
Catching a starly with an Ultra Ball

Hmm...

Hard: obtaining a legit event legendary Pokemon (most notably Celebi)

Easy: watching the intro video of the game, heheh

Hard:

Finding a Chansey, finding a Lucky Egg on it, THEN catching it.
Trying to find a Yanma in Diamond/Pearl in the Great Marsh and THEN catching it.
Using up all PP on a "One-Hit-KO" move and NOT missing once.

Easy:

Moving Pokemon in their boxes.
Using an Item.
Walking...

I don't know if this is a valid suggestion or I just got lucky (probably did just get lucky) but try fishing along the edges first. You might have a higher chance of getting a Feebas then. I got a Feebas on the second edge tile I tried. :)
