Yay, a Harley Club! He is one of my favorite characters, and the best Rival-like character since Gary.

He seems interesting though I haven't seen the eps with him in it.
 
I thought Harley was a cool from the first time I saw him, and I was happy to find out he was a recurring character. I was disapointed he didn't win the recent contest, he needs to beat May for once. His voice is great too. ^^
 
He has the japanese voice of Sonic the Hedgehog. He wears a belly shirt. He has purple hair. He's feminime. He has Ariados, Bannete, and Cacturne, he rocks! I love him! I'm in da club.

So, who do you think Harley should get next? I think a Tangela, cause he needs a underused Kanto.
 
All of Harley's Pokemon have a creepy vibe doing for them, Harley needs something equally as "creepy" as the 3 he has.
 
Harley's got a cool taste in Pokémon. I'd like to see him with an Umbreon or a Murkrow.
 
Umbreon would be good, especially with Lillian's Espeon.

Harley's first dub appearance is getting closer:

Harley should appear in the dub in the USA on the 3rd of December, provided Kids WB continue to show one a week.

If Toonami UK do what it looks like they are going to do, then Harley should appear in the UK on the 31st of October. So dub details should appear then.
 
Ah, so the countdown has begun. *Crosses fingers* while i'm pretty confident he will remain a male at this point. (Read: "Confident" meaning about 61%) I'm more concerned about how they dub his voice.
 
I'm not worried about Harley's gender getting changed. I think that 4Kids has learned its lesson from the whole Bashou fiasco, and besides, they didn't change Mandy the Astounding... even though he's super femmie.
