Harvest Moon: Valley of the Goddess

Humans have began to put their silly wants in front of the Earth's needs. Verily foolish, as now, the harvest goddess had concealed herself under a pond, upset with what we have done to the planet, only to appear to those who emit a kindly aura, those who help the Earth in its state. A group of nomads, of all different ages, professions, and with varying personalities pass through the valley where the pond is said to be. The harvest goddess sees that they are worthy, and emerges, to be seen by the travelers. It is decided that a town will be built around the pond. Also in the area is a vast, blue, unamed lake. It is perfect for fishing. There are also forests, and wild animals running around. The land is great for farming and growing crops. Everyone will need to contribute theri skills if the harvest goddess in the be revived, and the town is to thrive, surely not a simple task.

2. No taking control of other characters.
3. Respect other members and their RPing skills.
4. Try to keep OOC's to a miminum.
5. Stay on topic.
6. Be as active as possible. I do not want this RP to die.

Personality: Cody is astute, and stragetic. He is a tad lazy, but sees things through to the end. Cody is always willing to help out, and is naturally kind-hearted. He isn't afraid to take risks, and is all around strong-willed.
History: Cody grew up in the big city, spoiled. His father's dream was to become a farmer, but it never actually came true as he died in a tragic car accident. Cody was an excellent student, and made it out of college early. While considering jobs, Cody realized that his calling was to furill his deceased father's aspirations, and become a farmer.

Name: Jakku Ebansu
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Appearance: Longish brown hair, roughly cut down to his shoulders. Green eyes, and glasses. He wears usually loose fitting T-shirts, and worn jeans, for farmwork. He carries a satchel, for supplies and small tools, and wears large dark brown boots, a size too big, because they were the only ones he could find before he left. He has a birthmark shaped like Canada on his back.
Personality: Jakku is sarcastic, gets bored easily, and loves adventure. He also loves eating, and dogs. Not at once however.
History: Jakku was born in a town about 230km from the Middle of Nowhere, where the only career prospects for him were crime, or stopping it. Quickly tiring these opportunities, Jakku set off to find adventure on his 14th birthday, and he travelled across the country, before finding a flyer for the exploration caravan to the Valley. He leapt at the chance, and, finding as many supplies as he could afford, set off with them.
Profession: Farmer, crop/animal
Other: He's allergic to eggplants.

Appearance: Tyler has short brown hair and brown eyes. He wears a navy blue plad shirt, jeans, workboots and sometimes a red baseball hat.
Personality: Tyler is funny and ambicious. He always persues his dreams and never gives up. He is brave. Therfore it makes him good at physical activity and work.
History: Tyler lived on a ranch growing up. He has always been around animals. Now, he wants to continue his fathers job when he moved away to a different town.
Profession: Rancher
Other: A rancher takes care of animals.

Appearance: Caeleste is a slightly tall pale girl with long, jet black hair and sky-blue eyes. She is of average weight, and has a kind and gentle face. She often dresses in skirts and dresses. Her favorite is aa long black dress with silver embroidery. One thing she is never without is is a pendant she was given by her grandmother which is made of silver and is in the shape of a five petaled flower.
Personality: A kind and gentle aura surrounds this young woman. She loves to help others, and will do anything to accomplish this goal. She is also very patient, but can assert herself when she needs to.
History: Celeste was born in a small village near a forest. It was here that her grandmother taught her how to grow and use medicinal herbs. When she heard of a caravan heading to a fertile new valley where the Harvest Goddess was sighted, she packed all of her belongings and joined them on their journey.
Profession: Assistant to Healer and Keeper of Medicinal Herb Garden
Other: Is very naive when it comes to others, and trusts without discretion.

Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance: Xavier has mid-length black hair, his bangs go a little bit above his eyes and the back goes halfway down his neck. He has aquaish green eyes, about the color of the ocean. He wears a black short sleeve shirt and black cargo pants. He always has his guitar starpped to him.
Personality: Xavier is very calm and quiet. However, when you get to know him, he is very kind and loyal. He is also very athletic.
History: Xavier grew up in a city not too far from the village with only his dad. His dad also owned a small home in the village that they would alway spend their summers in. One day when his dad was working down in the mines, a mining accident happened and killed him and four other workers. Xavier was struck with grief, making him far less happy and energetic than he used to be. He inherited to home in the village and decided to move there, hoping to find more work.
Profession: Musician (Guitar + Singing)
Other: Though Xavier is a musician, he is willing to help his friends at the farm.

Personality: a happy go lucky ray of freakin sunshine. Nothin can piss him off. He's very nice if you know him long enough, but sometimes, he can act pretty creepy.
He love it when someone call him an "evil genius."
He speak sarcasm language fluently, so he can insult idiots without them knowing it.

History: he grew up in a small, almost empty town. His father teaches him how to forge a sword, shield.. And everything that is made of metal.
But he's bored with blacksmithing, so he decided to travel around, selling weapon made by himself and other amazing rare stuff.

Profession: Traveling Merchant.

Other: he carry around a whip, just in case he's in danger. He's willing to help in the farm, but only if you give him something good.
