Has anyone successfully planted and grown the Rowap and Jaboca Berry? Is it possible to plant and grow another so you have 2 or 3?

Every berry grows more berries as long as you tend to them in a timely manner and don't ignore them until the berries stop growing forever. Why would you think it wouldn't work?

Speaking of berries, how long do they take to grow back if they wither? How often do you have to water them to get more than 2 (net gain of 1) from each plant?

I have planted this berry and though I am terrible at taking care of berries, I produced a Rowap plant with 2 berries. It still works the same way. I've never had a plant wither and die, so I don't know anything about it coming back to life.

Do not let the soil to get the lightest color (by watering it often enough) and you'll get a maximum of 5 berries from both of those berries. Done a lot of berry planting, I have around 40 of those both lying in my bag.

How often is "often enough?" Do I have to keep constant watch over my berry patches?

Since Rowap and Jaboca take both 96 hours (4 days) to fully grow up, I'd say water them about every 12 hours (even if the soil is dark), though it doesn't hurt to check them more often.

I'll have to rely on my memory, then. The Berry Checker app only shows the location of ripe berries.

EDIT: OH. I thought that you only watered Berries when the soil was light and dry. That would explain my phenomenally low yield. I'll have to remember this when I'm planting my Leppa Berries (I need oodles of PP restoratives-I'm packing for a chaining expedition).

EDIT: I've been planting Leppa Berries in every berry patch that I can find, plus practically drowning them with the Sprayduck, and I now have 52 Leppa Berries (enough to restore 520 PP).

PS: Is it possible to overwater berries?
PPS: I discovered how to water a whole berry patch with one use of the Sprayduck: While your character is using the Sprayduck and shaking their arm, move left and right across the patch. For the period that your character is moving their arm, you can water any berry that you pass in front of in that patch.
