Has anyone seen this before?

Good thing it didn't have pikachu's brain in it then I would have
threw up alot.

Sick? It's just a skeleton, it's not like a pikachu pinned down on tray dissected.

Why isn't the skull smooth?

PIKACHUS HEAD DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT!!!

Also @Oregon I would like to see that. Mostly for teh lulz

I doubt those legs would be very functional. It has fat covering up its knees.

Creepy.

No idea why anyone's freaking out about it. I find the whole thing rather interesting really. I'd love to see what the artist imagines a Mew's skeletal system would look like.

How the hell his ears stay up then lol.

Ears are made from cartilage, not bone.

I've seen this picture before, just floating around the internet. I don't get why people are so grossed out by it -- it's an anatomical study, not like someone ripped Pikachu's skin and muscles off of him to leave only the skeleton. I'd also like to see the skeletal structures of some other pokemon, I think they'd be fascinating.

Ever seen a cat's skull? Or even a human? The ears are made of cartilage, like the nose, and moved with muscles. This is true for pretty much all land mammals, I believe. (Sorry, I would've been a doctor if I didn't love drawing cartoons so much.)
