Has Ash ever actually beaten the pokemon league of ANY of the regions? He says he will conquer all of them, but I think he hasn't conquered one.
 
No, Ash hasn't beaten a league yet. He lost to Ritchie in Kanto, Harrison in Johto and Tyson in Hoenn.
 
Polls are for opinions. The only major regional tournament Ash won was the Orange League. This is a fact, so making it into a poll makes no sense.
