Has Pikachu's Static ever activated?

For those of you who don't know Pikachu's special ability is Static. Static has a chance to paralyze an opponent when physical contact is made(no matter who the attacker is). I honestly can't remember the last time it activated. Has it activated at all? That's extremely unlucky

There are probably a few others that I don't remember at the moment.

Yes, it's activated.

The only reason we know he has Static is because it activated.

It activated against Shinji Ursaring and I think Magmortar too.
