Has Rachael Lillis really returned to Pokemon?

I mean, the last role she had was that Shinx brother in the PMS special.
 
I don't understand the question.

And Boron, I think that refers to VA changes. Now wondering whether or not a certain VA is returning, if that is what this means, I don't think is illegal. There is another thread about vanishing VA's you know.
 
The last role Lillis did on the actual series was Maylene, the Veilstone GL, IIRC. Whether she's returned...*shrug* Not an issue.

Thank you. What I'm saying is that we havn't really heard her that much. Was it just a come and go leave back then?
 
Well, she did Maylene, so that was recent. But yeah, I think she really likes voicing characters in Pokemon, she just doesn't have a solid role yet.

But oh well.

I'm not mature enough to overlook that.

Anyway, speaking of Raachel Lillis, does anyone think that if Misty were to return, she would be voiced by Lillis again? I mean, Misty has only been voiced by Michele Knotz once, and Knotz also voices May, Jessie, and Nurse Joy... pretty much every main female who isn't Dawn. I dunno, it will be interesting to see what they do whenever Misty comes back.

I've thought about this before, and I can actually see that happening. Since Michele has only voiced Misty once, as opposed to multiple times like with May and Jessie, it's very possible that Rachael could voice her again.
 
Yeah, its possible that Rachel would play her again, but I dont think PUSA will be lenient enough to give it back to her (why do they have this anti-4kids VA's attitude anyway? Besides Jimmy Zoppi and a few others of course)

There is precedent with Giovanni; Craig Blair voiced him in two eps during season 10, but Ted Lewis reprised the role in season 11 once the 4Kids embargo lifted.

Of course, May was still voiced by Michele Knotz, but in that case, the change had been too exposed to make a seamless transition to her original actress by that point.

In other words, anything's possible, and in Misty's currently underused status, rather likely.

As far as I am aware, the only 'embargo' PUSA/PCI has is against Veronica Taylor. Rachael Lillis can and has come back for any role she auditions for and earns.

I did ask Tom Wayland at NYCC in Feburary about the situation with Ted Lewis and Giovanni, however, he said that he was not at liberty to disclose details. I believe something else went on there... has Craig Blair voiced a character since Season 11 began? I suppose we'll find out if he left or not when Brandon returns...

By embargo, I meant that for 2 years, no other 4Kids regulars were on the show, and starting with season 11, we've suddenly had 'em in droves. Whether because of the contracts or the studio changing again, we don't know.

And Taylor could always come back. She wouldn't be able to play Ash since, like May, he's been too heavily featured with the new VA, but there's no stopping her from auditioning for other roles on the show like Lillis obviously did. But is that something she wants to do? Lillis did, but would she? That's the only question.
 
I remember something about Lillis doing a voice in "Crossing Paths" - does anyone know which voice?
