Have a small quandry with my team...

I'm play Soul-Silver and I've just gotten my Rising badge from Clair and am on my way to meeting the Kimono girls and catch Lugia, bit for some reason I am not entirely happy with my team and was wondering if I could get some other opinions on my team and their move set (this is gonna be a long list).

Once again sorry for the list but I figured I need to put in the detail. Can anyone give me some pointers as to where I should Buff up and what pokemon I should either buff up or new ones to bring into the team? Any other views as to potential move sets would also be appreciated.

I think its a good team thb maybe you could replace Kadabra with lugia when you catch it

and teach Dragonaire Dragon Pulce!!! Its an awseome attck!!!

I'm contemplating replacing my Ampharos with Raikou when I catch the little bugger, possibly tomorrow or the day after, whenever I'm able to get hold of some quick balls. I caught Entei about half an hour ago, took me bloody ages.
