Have these two themes ever been released?

Could anyone tell me if the following two themes have ever been released and, if so, which is the soundtrack in which I can find them? I suppose that they come from the movies.

You can hear both themes in these two clips from the anime, one in each. While these clips are not from the japanese version, these were themes that were kept from it.

The first theme is from Mew and the Wave-Guiding Hero: Lucariohttp://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mew_and_the_Wave-Guiding_Hero:_Lucario_Music_Collection. It sounds to me as if it is Track 3, Aaron's Theme 1.

As for the second, I'm not too sure.
