I couldn't find a thread for this and was just wondering if anyone ever has like to a convention or something?

I haven't, but I have lots of clothes with Pokemon on them, a pair of red shoes that look scarily like Ash/Misty's shoes, and a red hat that is just like Ashes' quintessential cap.
 
kinda. I mean one year for Halloween, my friends and I jokingly went as random trainers from the show. I was Gary.

But it wasn't serious so I don't think it really counts
 
I haven't. I usually just wear my geekiest t-shirt if I'm going to a Con.

I was thinking about putting together a costume for the contest at BlizzCon, but never went through with it.
 
Nope, I'm a Pokemon fan and everything, but I've never felt the urge to take it THAT far. No offense to those who do, of course, but I've never wanted to.

Although seeing a beautiful girl in a Misty, May or Dawn outfit would be pretty hot. haha
 
nonsense, sonic speed. i'm sure you've cosplayed as altair at least once.

Yeah, I know. I hope some of my female friends later in life will. But that's not something, I'm gonna go into. haha

nope. a lot of people cosplay very well, but i've seen so many horribly failed attempts that i don't think i'll ever want to go to a con or cosplay. ;-;

But not going to a Con will make you miss out on all of the GOOD cosplay! I've seen a ton that have made me wish I was that brave (I might do it once I've reached my goal weight).

that's what i have google images for, looking at nice cosplays D:
but maybe i will go someday. other than the cosplaying part, cons do sound fun.
 
Nope. My younger brother has though. I haven't really considered it too much, but I bet I could pull off a pretty good Prince Zuko. :p
 
What? I'm the first cosplayer to find this? Heck yeah I cosplay! I have two complete costumes -- Edward Elrich from Full Metal Alchemist and May from Pokemon -- and am working on a costume for Ouran High School Host Club. My friend and I are going to be the Hitachiin twins.

I sewed the PokeBall symbol that's on Brendan's headthingy to a navy blue Nike sweatband. No pics, though.

I guess it doesn't really count as cosplay.
