I just noticed the many things I can do with a Photo Editor that was instaled in my computer a while ago, and this morning I made a random Jigglypuff draw and colored it in a rush with the editor. Obviously it has countless mistakes, I only want to know if I'm doing a good with this style. Your comments will be well apreciated!

It's good...
The style is nice. The Jiggly is a bit out-of-proportion, if you know what I mean. The coloring is ok except for a few white spots...
Overall, the style is great, it would just look better with a better-drawn pic. ;-)

(I know you said that the pic is bad but the style is good. It's just hard to judge the style when the pic is bad. Though the style is good)

Well, yes, it needs quite a bit of work because of the slight sloppiness involved in coloring and proportion, but I think you're doing great with the program ^-^ Maybe redo this one, or just skip it and make some more?

I agree with Myuu. The proportions are off, Jigglypuff needs to be more rounded than it is in the pic. Try to add shading and highlight and also try to blend the 2 tones you used in its eyes to make them look softer.

Anyway, what is the software you are using?

Thanks for those important notes. Now is time to pay back my mistakes a presenting to all of you:

An evil Jigglypuff of the ultimate doom!!!

This draw is A TON BETTER than the first, rushed one. I also added some obvious features to make her look like... well, the name above is pretty self-explanatory. Does it still carring any unforgetful faults? Hope there are not many of them, I suck at shading like nobody else...

BTW KC, the software I use is "Unlead Photo Express 2.0 ES", my sister said that it works a bit similar like Photoshop. w00t!

I suggest you use layers, so you can get a more thorough color-job. I really like it though.

Original pose and personality ^-^ Although the light coloring still bothers me. The eyes still don't seem to be perfectly round, but that's okay! It's a big improvement from the last one.

BTW, Jbritz, did you get your sig approved? The banner stretches your posts out.

Myuu's right, your sig banner is bigger than what is allowed here. Please resize it, jbritzt22.

Jiggly: the second pic is funny and original. You still have to work on the shading and coloring, but I guess you're on the right track. Keep practicing and you'll improve. =D

Thanks! I was about to quit trying this thing but those words cheered me up and remind me the phrase "La práctica hace al maestro" (Sorry for posting that in spanish, I just don't know the right traslation for it). Also found out that I'm better at lighting the picture instead trying to create shades. Wehee, now I have lots of wacky ideas, including to try this kind of coloring to the Smash Mansion comic... yeah, it isn't dead yet!
