Going to Either www.pokemonheartgold.com or www.pokemonsoulsilver.com doesnt take you to any nintendo or pokemon affiliated website, however through a little digging we can find who owns them and when they were bought. It seems that they were both registered on the 28th of April this year - both by different people. So what does this mean? Were two people very good guesses or are they people of nintento usa. If it was the latter i would have thought that they would have bought them before a fortnight ago. The Alternative is that nintendo didnt buy these domains because they different names to the Westernised versions?

Your Thoughts?

Those domains seem to be parked. As in, people bought them for no particular purpose. Nintendo will definitely get a hold of these eventually, since they now own the copyright to "Pokemon HeartGold" and "Pokemon SoulSilver".

If it isn't Nintendo who owns the domains, they might have to pay up some money to get them. I'm sure that they will pay money for them though.

Looks like someone was far-sighted enough to buy them the moment they were announced.. unlike the Pokémon Company. >_>

Does anyone doubt, though, that Nintendo/The Pokémon Company will get hold of them eventually? Especially since they've trademarked the names, and probably have a good legal claim over them.
