If they're revamping Defog's list, it's possible they will also change its effect to clear both sides (meaning we would have another move other than Rapid Spin to clear the field).

Torkoal probably won't be getting a healing move for a while. It can max out both Defence and Sp. Defence easily with Iron Defence and Amnesia, and a Sitrus Berry helps a bit. It's already a living tank.
