Heart Gold/ Soul Silver Pre-National Team

Just wondering what team are you going to use Pre-National Dex(If they keep all the pokedex the same)

You could do more depending on your starter and please NO legendaries

Mine will probably be Typhlosion,Crobat,Piloswine,Alakazam,Electabuzz,Poliwrath or Kingdra

I'm trying to use all Gen-II Pokemon. I'm going with:

Feraligater
Miltank
Scizor
Electabuzz (It has a Gen II-baby, it kind of counts)
Umbreon
Skarmory/Noctowl

 

[Greentyphlosion]

I'm simply going to EV my battling team, trade it Soulsilver, and raise it ingame. Kill two birds with one stone.

Clefable
Poliwrath
Delibird
Alakazam
Snorlax
And of course, my starter Typhlosion.

I'm going with a team of:

Typhlosion
Feraligatr
Scizor
Heracross
Staraptor or Pidgeot (I always like to have a flyer in my main team to make the game go quicker)
Electivire

But it might change, I dunno. It depends on what's available.

Edit: Actually, I'll use Starmie instead of Piloswine.

oh yeah. right. I was planning to trade a starly in, but they probably wont let me do that. I just hope they let me trade Heracross in. It would be a pain to hunt for that thing again.

You never know, they might do like DPP and have the number as ??? and have it not show in the Pokedex.

I don't know most of them, but I'm definitely using Ampharos, and also Octillery if they make Remoraid less freaking rare.

* If the odd egg is in the game, assuming it changes when you receive the egg, I'm going for Magby. But if I don't get a Magby after a few hours of trying, I'll just choose what I get.

That's pretty much all I planned so far. The odd egg might be interesting, especially if they keep the baby having a decent chance to be shiny. I guess I'll need to wait for more info about the Johto dex.
