I decided to start an unofficial HGSS FAQ here, since the anticipation of the games has been getting to me and I've been doing a lot of research while I impatiently wait for them to be released here in America. x.o

I'll answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability, and I also have some I'd like to ask, as well.

For example, I'm sure you're all aware by now that you can have any Pokemon follow you throughout the game. I was wondering, if you had a shiny Pokemon follow you, would the icon appear shiny, too? I know it doesn't show if you have a shiny in your party or PC in Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum, but it does show a shiny icon if you have a shiny in PBR.

I know some of you have your HGSS games already, so do you know?

If you mean the overworld sprite is shiny, I think it is. But I'm not really sure.
