Ok this is a team that I'm working to take online and I wanted to see what y'all thought. This is my first competative team and my general strategy is " hit that guy before he hits you/ While he's playing with traps/stats". Most of the attacks I chose to either cover a weakness, use the STAB bonus, or just hurt.

Typlosion
Nature:Mild
Item: Choice specs
EVs: 252 sp Attack/ 252 speed/6 hp
Moves: Eruption
Flamethrower
Focus Blast
Solarbeam

I'm trying to keep Typhosion fast and hurty. I'm lost on solarbeam, but the rest looks like it would work at keeping him fast and hurty.

bronzong
Item light clay
nature: Relaxed
evs: 252/hp 106/atk 8/Def 96/spD
-light screen
-reflect
-explosion
- Gyro ball

My leader. Get the screens up and start pounding.

Gliscor
Item: Life Orb
Nature:
EV: 252 speed /252 At /6HP
Fire Fang
Earthquake
Night Slash
U-turn/X-scissor

Dragonite
Nature:Mild
Item: Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 SP Attack/ 252 Speed/6 hp
Moves:Draco Metoer
Fire Blast
Blizzard
Earthquake

Blastiose
Nature:bold
Item:Leftovers
EVs: 252 Defence/ 252 HP/6 Def
Moves:Rest
Ice beam
Sleeptalk
Surf
Sleepy sleep.

Metagross
Nature:Brave
Item:Muscle Band
EVs: 252 Attack/ 252 defence/6 hp
Moves:Zen headbutt
Thunderpunch
Meteor Mash
Hammer Arm
He's just hurty.

First, a special typlosion with two physical attacks? I would suggest removing dig and shadow claw and replace them with Eruption and focus blast. Also change the chacoal to the choice specs or choice scarf.

Second,on tyranitar I would replace bite with crunch due to it being a more powerful STAB move.

What are their natures?

Sorry about that. Added natures. Thanks for the help. I'll definatly change Typhlsion's Physical Attacks and Change Bite to Crunch. I didn't think about Crunch for Tyranitar for some reason.

Tyranitar is a good pokemon, but nothing else on your team benefits from Sandstorm. I would replace Tyranitar altogether, probably with...hm...I'll get back to you on that one.

Metagross is immune to the Sandstorm, so that's a benefit, right?

Try replacing Dragonite's Hyper Beam with something like EQ or Flamethrower (since you'll be unable to attack after using it).

I have a couple backups for Tyranitar. How about Espeon/Donphan?

I've been having second thoughts about Hyper Beam as well.

I don't get what you're trying to do with Blastoise by running a relaxed nature and Choice Scarf with no Speed EVs and no Special Attack EVs.

Oh, I Just caught that. I meant to put SP. Attack for the second one on Blastiose.

Metagross's attack is better than its special attack, so if you want to keep a Psychic move I'd switch Psychic for Zen Headbutt. ThunderPunch may be better for coverage though (and with Metagross's attack stat, pretty much anything will hit hard).

If you want a lead screener you would probably be better off with something like a zong which is quite succesful at this,

bronzong @ light clay
nature: Relaxed
evs: 252/hp 106/atk 8/Def 96/spD
-light screen
-reflect
-explosion
- Gyro ball/EQ
this is just a standard screen set, you could prolly change around the evs if you wanted but the 106/atk is to ensure that your explosion can get you that free switch after your screens are up, and with gyro ball it is best to have 0 Ivs in speed

Matkin22, I'm going to replace Both Shadow ball and Pyschic with Thunderpunch and Zen Headbutt.

NoirTHECHA, Wouldn't it be better to run the EVs for Zong like 252 def/ 252 att/ 6 HP(or something)?

That could work it's your choice but I thinnk the hp Ev being maxed out make it soo actually zong can take more or something like that. I remeber reading about hp evs and def evs and how they work in conjunction. It's all a suggestion beciase that is what a RMT is, That would work just fine but then explosion might not have the power you want or need. Try both out and see which you prefer

Zong needs the 92 SpD EVs along with the 252 HP EVs to prevent being OHKO'd by fire blast/flamethrower from Heatran/Infernape/SpecsMence.

I think that the screen set specifically can put more EVs into Atk, since reflect/light screen will more than make up for the lower defences. You could probably get away with juggling those Atk EVs somewhere else...Just make sure that Explosion will still kill the things that you need to kill.

So something more like 252HP/ 96SP / and 114 attack?

Edit: Also what should I do about Tyranitar? I'm thinking a replacement of like Golem, Donphan, Aron's final form whose name currenty escapes me or Magnazone.

I've Figured what I want to replace Tyranitar.

Gliscor
Item: Musle band or Choice band
Nature: Impish
EV: 252 Def /252 At /6HP
X-scissor
Earthquake
Night Slash
Poison Jab

Yays/Nays?

Add some speed in there, maybe even choice scarf. Metagross is more tankish than Gliscor, so try the sweeper approach.

Typhlosion: (ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES)

How abour replacing Flamethrower with Sunny Day? Partners with Eruption AND Solarbeam extremely well, and with 252 EV's in Speed you can spare the extra turn to clobber whoever comes up with a super powerful move. Might be best when you have a type advantage at first.

Didn't mean to ignore you Njb013, Just didn't check this topic. >.> Anyways If I use Sunny day, I run into a problem were Typhlosion has a Choice Scarf (forgot to change it) So I'd be stuck using Sunny Day.

So something more like 252HP/ 96SP / and 114 attack?

That doesn't add up to 510 (or 508, whatever). Smogon suggests 252 HP, 96 SpDef, 152 Atk, 8 Def, though I have no idea why that defense number is there, so you could take it out if you wanted. If you want a more defensive spread, you could go with 80 Def and 84 Atk. Keep at least that much attack in order to OHKO Scarf Gengar and Weavile and 2HKO Tyranitar with Gyro Ball.

I've Figured what I want to replace Tyranitar.

Gliscor
Item: Musle band or Choice band
Nature: Impish
EV: 252 Def /252 At /6HP
X-scissor
Earthquake
Night Slash
Poison Jab

Yays/Nays?

I don't know if you should use Gliscor or not, but you shouldn't use Poison Jab. It offers no coverage. I'd replace it with Stone Edge. Also, I'd replace X-Scissor with Fire Fang, Ice Fang, or Swords Dance.
