Heatran in the anime

On Heatran's page under the Anime tab it says this:

Heatran is yet to appear in the anime. However, it did make a brief cameo on a stone mosaic in Giratina and the Sky Warrior, along with Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Regigigas and Shaymin.

Heatran is also set to appear in Arceus: To a Conquering Spacetime.

The bolded part is my issue; where in the movie did this occur? I've watched it through carefully multiple times and I haven't seen that at all. If someone could provide something, a timecode in the movie or a screenshot, I'd greatly appreciate it.
