Hello - And a Plea For Help!

Ok, so I'm New here, Just got on here because I am epicly Stuck on Soul Silver!

Battled my way to the elite four after the 8th Gym, Using my Complete Normal type team! Been battering away at Will for a couple of hours with no luck untill something clicked, and I downed The elite four one after the other, Healing between Etc. Etc. Got to Lance, Got him down to Aerodactyl, and Went down like a ton of Bricks. But I gained so much Exp and cash from the ordeal I saved, Only untill I then tried to restock and retry did I find out Elixirs and Ethers are unbuyable and I am completely out, Could anyone give me any hints on how to cope with this?
