Hi, I'm crayzeerayquaza, an ardent fan of Pokemon since the age of 3, when I saw the very first pokemon episode. My parents weren't too thrilled at the prospect of me getting into such a "waste of time and money" as they put it, but they dug their own grave by buying me my first pack of pokemon cards (I can still remember that foil ponyta). I have loved every single pokemon game that has come out, and couldn't care less about gen wars. I will be receiving X and Y the second they come out (thank you mom for having me in October) and can honestly say that I love pokemon more than anything :D
I have been a fan of Bulbapedia for a long time, but I only just found out about Bulbagarden. I hope I can be useful in this ever growing community. :3

Great to see you and I hope you have a great time here. It's a wonderful community and you'll fit straight in. By the sounds of it you're quite hyped for X and Y (and who wouldn't be ;) ) so you might want to check out that section here:

Hi, welcome to BMGf. Three is prety early to discover Pokemon but I think that's cool. I didnt find out about it until like 12/13 ^^; I would have to say that Pokemon absolutely is not a waste of time and money at all. I enjoy it and feel its worth the money. Im oblivious to Gen wars myself and like all the Generations, as they all add something good to Pokemon and like a wide variety of Pokemon from all generations and regions. Im very excited for X and Y as well, as are many other people. As harryheart mentioned, feel free to check out the X and Y forum to discuss them.

Je viens de Montreal, donc moi aussi je suis Canadienne. Bonjour et merci beaucoup ^^

I learned English and French at roughly the same time, but my English is a bit more dominant.

Really, Montreal? My Mum is from Montreal, born and raised. I spend my summers just south of Montreal, too. So she's not French as much as my Grandmum is, but I still have a bit of it in me. I'm definitely envious of your fluency, though. Five years of it and I can still only speak the bare minimum!

I've loved it since day one as well though I often go through phases when it comes to how interested I am in it. But I'm sure you'll love it here - the forum is ridiculously chatty and has so many friendly faces to meet. <3 See you around!

I keep up with the anime religiously, but I haven't been able to find any of the last two month's episodes subbed D:
So I ended up trying to watch it in full Japanese, but I couldn't understand everything.
