I have a slight question regardin where i should level up my new Pokémon after the Elite Four?

Im not into EV training and i dont really understand it tbh so i wont bother with it.

I just want my guys to be higher leveled


As my team looks now:

Fire Blast

Staraptor lv61 with Razor Fang:
