Hello. You can call me LuridSorcerer or just Lurid for short. I've been a member for a while, but I haven't really gotten around to posting for some reason.
I was just a wee lad when Pokemon became popular, and I had Red, Blue and Yellow. As the Johto years began, I felt that I had grown out of Pokemon (and sadly, missed the [arguably] best generation to date).
For some reason, I thought it would be hilarious for a couple of my friends and myself to get Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. (FireRed and LeafGreen had been out for a couple of years, just to give a sense of when this occurred).
Well, we did this and became fans of the series all over again. Either that or we never really stopped. In any case, after games have been added and removed, my collection of games consists of:
Pokemon Red Version
Pokemon Silver Version
Pokemon Ruby Version
Pokemon Pearl Version
Pokemon Colosseum
I used to have Blue and Yellow, and I've borrowed FireRed from a friend and hope to get my own copy soon. (As in, "later today.")
I think that about does it. At age 21 I'm probably outside of the series's intended demographic, but for some reason I still find the games enjoyable.
