Hello, I am Random_Disinformation and I have been playing Pokemon since the original Red and Blue.
Me:
I am currently a college student with the plan on majoring in Physics. I love science in all forms and I especially love astronomy and physics. I have been bouncing between the two for a while on which I wanted to major in and finally decided Astrophysics, which is the physics of astronomy.
My favorite Pokemon, which is kind of a given for this type of forum, is Charizard and has been since the beginning. I loved the introduction of the Mega Charizards. It was what I was anticipating the most.
I have been playing Pokemon casually since the beginning of the Poke-verse, but in Gen 4 and really in Gen 5 I started to get into them competitively. Now I know all the ins and outs of IVs, EVs, and item usage. I am good with typing and breeding. But my specialty is in creating a team that works well together. My weak point is breeding. I can breed for basic stuff like nature and ability, but IVs have always alluded me because of my impatience.
I am a forum veteran as I have been using them since I was in middle school and high school. Originally as a way to connect with people who also play the TCGs I play, which include Magic: the Gathering, which I play competitively also, and Pokemon, which mostly collect now. I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon, Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball. I, at one point, even had my own forum that I ran with a couple other people, but now I am no longer apart of, which is a little sad, but the site had gotten big enough and I couldn't think of anyway to make it better. So I left it in better hands than mine.

A Pokemon veteran, huh, I wish Id discovered Pokemon earlier myself, the hype was kinda beginning to die down when I got into it :/ Astrophysics sounds like an interesting major but it sounds difficult too, good luck with it!
