Hello i am still pretty new to this site and not sure where to ask this question.
Is there a program LIKE pokesav that can check if a pokemon is hacked? i am eger to find out if a few of my pokes ive gotten in trades are hacked. If you know someone who can check for me please tell me or if theres a way i can do it myself.

It's not a program or anything, but these guys might be able to help.

Just tell them where the poke was supposedly caught and its stats. They can usually tell if it is hacked or not.
