Hi everyone, nice to meet you! (^_^)
I'm a Dutch girl living in The Netherlands (oh really -_-) and I am a huge Pokemon fan! (＾∇＾)/
When I was about 5-6 there was a Dutch commercial on TV that introduced Pokemon to me. It was a short trailer which made me want to watch the first season.
I can remember begging my mom if I could watch it on the small TV in my room during dinner, since my dad wanted to watch the news. (⇀‸↼)
And she said yes (if she would only have known what monster she just created...). From that moment I started collecting everything Pokemon.
Sadly...I threw it all out (or my dad did) when I was around 12. I said that a high school girl shouldn't like Pokemon. I have never been so wrong! (T_T)
I recently turned 21 and now I am back to collecting the cards and various items! I also play the DS games and right now I am studying animation at uni.
I have a very boring internship where I basically sit and do nothing...so I guess that is how I found this website. ^^''
My boyfriend, whom I live with, is a Pokemon fan as well! We recently moved into a new apartment and we are cluttering it up with Pokemon stuff together.
That's really cool since I sometimes can't speak with my family or friends about Pokemon since some of them find it childish and stupid. But I don't care! >
I don't really know what to say now, so you can ask if you are interested! I joined this forum mainly to meet new people that love Pokemon, especially people playing the games or collecting stuff. But everyone else can be my friend too ofcourse! If you want... (￣▽￣)ノ
