Hello there. My name is canadamaggot, and I am a musician and huge pokemon fan. I like walking on the beach and I have a great sense of humor, although, that is probably not important to you.

I've been a fan of the games and anime series ever since the very beginning. I started playing Pokemon Red Version up until I lost at my grandparent's house, and I was never bought a game again until Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire came out. Since then, I've bought Emerald, Platinum, and now SoulSilver. As of now, I began re-watching the entire pokemon series (anime and movies) to refresh my mind to ready for the coming of Best Wishes series to hit the Americas.

Off the topic of pokemon, I am a musician, as stated at the beginning of this entry. I've been playing drums for 7 years now, and started guitar around a year and a half ago. I'm also trying to teach myself piano so I can understand theory a bit more, although it's probably not going so well, considering I didn't know much in the first place. I do have a band, but I'm sure you people aren't interested in me boasting about it, but I'll have the link in my profile if you're interested.

Since that basically sums up my life, I'll leave it as that. I hope to meet you people in the future!

You stay classy, Bulbagarden forums.

P.S. I like the halloween pumpkin. Halloween is my favorite holiday ever, and it's not just because of the candy! :p

Catching up on the anime is quite the task, having done so myself not that long ago. I've been a consistent player of the games, but stopped watching the anime about halfway through Johto. Around the time I joined up on Bulbagarden I began a similar mission to catch up on the anime episodes I'd missed, which must have numbered probably somewhere between 400-450. I managed it, though... however I watched the seasons in reverse order (not sure why, lol). Started with D&P, then AG, then finally what I'd missed of Johto.

I did the movies last, after finishing all the episodes. Gotta recommend Movies 10 and 11 the most... they've set the bar somewhat higher for Pokemon movies, IMO.

Thanks people who responded practically immediately after I posted! *astonishment*

@Megatron It is quite the task. I started at the beginning of July, and I've gotten a good average of about 20 episodes a week. I'm at Episode 148 if it means anything to ya! I'm hoping to tie the movies in whenever they were released with a series, although I forgot about watching Pokemon 2000 and went right into Johto (It IS my favorite, after all!), but I'm hoping to try and keep up with it; whether they seem non-canon to the anime or not. :)
