Hello, I am, as the thing to the left suggests, The Patrician. I chose the name because I am a big fan of the Discworld series of novels and he is a character. You may also call me Vetinari if you wish (No, not my real name but I always liked the sound of it).

I am British and 17 and there's not much I can really expand on from that point so I'll move on.

I am a big fan of films, I try to watch as many as I can, including the Pokemon films, my favourite being Pokemon - The First Movie - Mewtwo Strikes back. My favourite film of all time would have to be a joint decision of Cloverfield and Scott Pilgrim VS The World. I don't read books which have film adaptations because I know it will be a huge disappointment and I will immediately regret reading it.

I am also a big fan of the games and my first game was Sapphire, which I completed twice, trading all my pokemon to my Diamond game, before giving it away to my sister and buying Emerald. My current Pokemon games amount to Emerald, Diamond, Heartgold, White, (soon to be) White 2 and Pokepark Wii because you can never have too much pokemon in your life.

My favourite pokemon was Flygon but over time I have concluded that it is Darkrai instead. I came to Bulbaforums primarily to write. I'm currently working on a series of stories based around a single character for the Writer's Workshop and I hope a lot of you would care to read it in the future.

Thanks for joining the forum and I agree there can never be too much Pokemon in your life :p I pretty much have all the main series games, a few spin offs and some Pokemon plushies, so Im a huge fan too. I also see you are a fan of writing. The Writer's Workshop is the place for you, so feel free to check it out and post your stories there :)

I love Discworld too! Have you only read the books, or have you seen the adaptations too?
