Oh dear I hope this is the right place to post this, but I guess I'll go ahead.

I'm steelviper77, and have used a lot of the bulbagarden sites for a while, with a teensie tiny bit of lurking here, but not enough to honestly know anything. I love the pokémon series and just wanted to come to a community that liked it as well.
This is honestly just a run of the mill member, I don't think I will contribute much to the community really, but in effort to not have just made this account and then lurk until I forget it exists, what would be a good place to start to get to know the big people in the community? I'd love to actually get into everything and become a good community member!

Its probably pretty obvious that I'm nervous about this, I kinda get like this before joining any new community, but I have a feeling that you all here are gonna be nice and friendly and willing to help me out as a noob!
 
Thanks for that link! I must have missed it when going over the stickies somehow. Just a light skim is showing that its gonna be really useful for me!
 
You seem quite nice yourself (and don't worry, nervousness is normal), so I'm sure you'll get along just fine here. ^^

For starters, I hope you don't mind if I send you a friend request? And it shouldn't be very hard to build your way up from there.
