Hello my name is Timo.
I am here to improve my english skills, last week i got back my classroom test and my grammar mark was 4- (D-):eek:hdear:. So i decided to join this Forum. I am active in a lot of other forums, i am 16 years old. I read a lot , english books too.

Welcome. Just out of curiosity, what is your first language?

Also, since you gave permission to correct you, words like Forum and Post don't need capital letters. Capitals are mostly only for the beginnings of sentences and for proper names, which means names of specific people, places, holidays, and so on. For example, "street" is not capitalized, but "Elm Street" is.
 
My First Language is German, i have english since five four years, and three years french.
 
Wow, impressive. I speak some French and am slowly learning a little Spanish, but I wouldn't be confident enough in either of them to join a discussion forum in that language. Also, I edited my above post at the same time as you replied, if you want to look again.
 
I've already seen it.
It's duty to have german, english and french at my school. In germany the "Gymnasium" is a school for clever kids and hard work.
In the higher grades, so in two weaks i can chose spanish as a fourth language.
 
The names of languages are also capitalized, as is I when talking about yourself. Also "weak" is an adjective, it's the opposite of "strong". The word you want is "week" (well, "weeks" in this case). Same pronunciation, different spelling.

Three required languages, that's impressive. I was born in the Canadian province of Newfoundland, where French was also a mandatory course in school. I took it until grade 10 (the third-last year of high school).
