I'm Tom, I'm 14, So I guess that makes me a PokeKid. I got Pokemon Red aged 7/8, and watched the TV before then, traded the cards throughout primary school and grew up as Pokemon did. I don't play the games the whole time, but I always get back into them during the school holidays.

I have Silver, Sapphire + FireRed [but not my old copy of Red, you'll notice, cos much to my dismay, I left it in a Fish & Chip shop about a year after getting it ], but not Diamond or Pearl yet, as when I had the choice of getting a PSP or a DS, I stupidly chose to get a PSP. It's great, but for more of a serious gamer than me. I'm gonna try and swap it for a DS with a friend though.

I play guitar, and thought you might like to know that I can play the solo from the original Pokemon theme pretty well.

I met someone today who can play the bass part from the theme. I've got the CD of all the tracks from the first series of the Pokemon Anime so we might start a Pokemon songs tribute band.
