I just saw this thread was where Newbies come to say hello.

My name is Ciaran and I am from Ireland, I've been interested in Pokemon on and off for many years now, since 1999, and have become interested in Pokemon again since I heard about the Gold and Silver remakes.

My favorite Pokemon by far is Chikorita, I know it's a bit girly, but it's my favourite because it is the first Pokemon I ever had. I played Gold before playing Yellow, and Chikorita was my starter, so it has a significant meaning to me.

I hope to have fun here at Bulbagarden, and look forward to befriending lots of you.

Well...It depends on what you like. Since you mentioned the games, you could post in the Pokemon Video Games section.

There's an RP section for RPing, and places for writers, artists, politics...

I guess, it's pretty much: Whatever you like, post there.

This is just a heads up. There is only 1 week left of summer for me, so I will be going back to school soon. When I go back, school will be my main focus, so I won't be able to come on here. So I will not be on BMGF. So after next week, the next time I will see you guys will either be in the mid break in October-November, or in December during the Christmas holidays.
