Help "455 マスキッパ （Masukippa) "

Erm, as far as I know, it's not version exclusive. The only ones we know of that ARE so far are Tatetops, Zugaidos, Bonsly, Mime Jr., Misdrevus, Murkrow, Mimiroru, that cat whose name I cannot recall, and the two main Legendaries.
 
Yup, it's only available in the Safari Game (along with Croagunk and Skorupi). It's kinda rare though, as are the other two.

It's also FRIGGEN AWESOME!
