I've been working on this off and on for about a month now, but I've still got a ways to go. I'm looking for help with the Pokemon that I don't particularly want to use and require a good amount of effort. I'm looking to just do a trade back immediately. I need the following Pokemon:

- Tangrowth
- Yanmega

- Gliscor
- Mamoswine
- Dialgia
- Heatran
