Well, here's my Gen. V Competitive battling team:

Metagross - Adamant - Clear Body - Item: Occa Berry
252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe
~Stealth Rock
~Meteor Mash
~Hammer Arm
~Bullet Punch

Main Use: In effect, it's my lead. It uses stealth rock to set up entry hazards, with Meteor mash as its primary attack. Great base power as well as STAB. It totally takes out a tyranitar. Hammer Arm can OHKO Heatran, and bullet punch allows it to KO weakened pokemon.

Celebi - Jolly - Natural Cure - Item: Leftovers
252 HP/220 SpD/36 Spe
~Giga Drain
~Substitute
~Leech Seed
~Recover

Main Use: Celebi is my special wall. It starts out with Leech seed to continually suck health like a leech. Giga Drain Restore its health while dealing damage with good STAB. Recover is used with low health, while substitute can allow for some healing, or seeding and more.

Vaporeon - Bold - Water Absorb - Item: Leftovers
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
~Scald
~Wish
~Toxic
~Substitute

Main Use: Vaporeon is my Physical wall. Substitute is used to avert damages while waiting for a wish heal, or just to avert damage in general. Scald is Vaporeon's STAB move of choice. It deals good damage, with the added risk of a burn as well. Toxic is then used to deal damage every turn to the annoying pink tanks that are Blissey. Wish is there to make it my wall and possibly allow for a switch-in heal.

Latios - Jolly - Levitate - Item: Choice Specs
4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
~Draco Meteor
~Surf
~Dragon Pulse
~Trick

Main Use: Latios is my special sweeper. Draco Meteor is his STAB of choice, as it deals heavy damage and can OHKO anything that isn't an annoying pink tank. Surf neutralizes most fire, rock, and ground types. Dragon Pulse is his secondary STAB move and can also deal good damage. Trick allows for the swapping of items with the traget, and in turn getting rid of the choice specs and allows for a switch in moves.

Genesect - Hasty - Download - Item: Choice Scarf
92 Atk / 252 SAtk / 164 Spd
~U-turn
~Flamethrower
~Ice Beam
~Thunderbolt
Main Use: U-Turn has good STAB and deals huge damage, while allowing for a switch-in to a favorable match-up. Flamethrower takes on the grass and ice types, while Ice beam deals with dragon and flying types. Thunderbolt handles the water types as well as flying.

Lucario - Adamant - Inner Focus - Item: Life Orb
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
~Swords Dance
~Close Combat
~Extreme Speed
~Bullet Punch

Main Use: He's my Physical Sweeper. ExtremeSpeed makes him able to KO The Therian forms of Tundurus and tornadus. He can OHKO a Skarmory with a +2 Close combat after stealth rock damage. Bullet Punch allows it to handle Gengar, Terrakion, and Choice Scarf Tyranitar.

I only have two requests for suggestions:
1. Constructive Criticism, please!
2. Don't just say "This Sucks". Explain why, and possibly give suggestions.

If you wanted to run a rain team, then I recommend running Politoed over either Metagross or Celebi, since it sets up perma-rain for you. Otherwise, running Rain Dance on both Celebi and Vaporeon isn't really recommended. IMO, you'd be better off going for Substitute over Rain Dance for a SubSeeding Celebi, and running this Vaporeon set;

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Wish
- Toxic
- Substitute/Protect

You could also consider running Acid Armour over Wish or Sub/Protect, but that's probably not recommended.

Otherwise, since you already have a Bullet Punching Scizor, you could probably consider Crunch/Ice Punch over Bullet Punch on Lucario, but that comes down to personal preference, I guess.

You're entire team get cleanly swept against Dragonite once at +1 so I'm going to recommend scarf Genesect over Scizor.

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Download
EVs: 92 Atk / 252 SAtk / 164 Spd
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

If you're Running Vaporeon in rain, try this---
Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Trait: Hydration
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
-Rest
-Scald
-Toxic OR Ice Beam
-Roar OR Wish

If you don't plan on running rain on your team then Jellicent may be superior over Vaporeon since it can spinblock. This is especially useful for Lucario who requires rocks up to get clean KOs.

I meant rain. Vaporeon is not as good as Jellicent if you aren't abusing its ability. Rock Polish Genesect can set up and completely demolish your entire team by the way. I would do a rate to fix it but it would involve a massive rebuilding.
@Pikmin1211;

Actually, Vaporeon can be just as good (if not better) then Jellicent with Hydrationrest.

@Takaki; Are you reccomending that I should probably just start over? If it involves massive rebuilding, wouldn't it just be easier to restart?

I'd recommend Protect over Substitute on Vaporeon, it's a more sure way of stalling for the Wish health. I wouldn't say rebuild the entire thing. It looks like just a decent no-weather team at this point. I'd be curious to see how it fares against a sun team, though.
