Help getting to route 224

This is probably a silly question, but can someone give me a description on how to get to Route 224? I've been looking everywhere around the Pokémon League, but just can't find the way to the route.

Route 224 is accessed through Victory Road. Do you remember on your way through Victory Road that somebody was blocking the way to a cave? Once you beat the Elite Four, you can go in there. You'll be teamed up with the Goth Girl, and once you make it through the cave, you'll be in Route 224. Make sure you have Pokemon that know Surf, Rock Smash, and Strength!
