Help! I need Dig in Emerald and lost the TM!

Apparently I need Dig to get the Regis, but accidentally traded away the only Pokemon that knew that move (before I knew I needed it).

I have Wailord and Relicanth, so that's not a problem.

I also read somewhere that if I trained my Nincada to level 40 without letting it evolve that it would learn Dig, so I tried that, took about a week because my Nincada was at a really low level, and it NEVER LEARNED THE MOVE! I even trained it to level 45 just to be safe, and it never happened.

That's the last time I listen to Wiki Answers.

So, are there any other Pokemon on Emerald (I'm sure there are) that can learn Dig naturally that aren't impossible to find?

I'm training your typical Ground Pokemon like Golem and Sandslash which I have in my party to see if they'll learn it, but I don't want to be wastin my time.

Anyone have any advice?

Try Trapinch, it's supposed to learn the move at level 41, I don't have Emerald, but it worked in my friends Sapphire.

EDIT: You can't catch Diglet in Emerald.
 
I don't even have a diglett in my Pokedex. xD

Where can I find one?

Ah, okay. I have a Trapinch, but it's at a low level too... :dumb:
 
Odd. Bulbapedia says that Nincada should learn Dig at level 45. But yes, Diglett learns it at level 17, and Trapinch learns it at level 41.

If you just never collected the TM, it should be on Route 114 inside the Fossil Maniac's house (talk to his brother).

Really? I wonder why mine never did. D=

I went and talked to him. I already collected it. >.<
 
Oh sorry about my mistake,im sure there are plenty of ground types that learn it
