As some of you may or may not know, I am in the process of identifying who plays all of the main characters' Pokemon. I've come a long way since I've started, but I still need some help. With that said, I'm trying to identify who plays the following Pokemon:

Ash's Kingler
Ash's Totodile (don't tell me it's Tony Anselmo. I'm 100% sure he was never a voice actor on Pokemon)
Ash's Phanpy
Ash's Donphan
May/Jessie's Wurmple
May's Silcoon
May's Munchlax (someone told me it was Jason Griffith (aka J. Griff), but to my knowledge, he's never been credited in any of Munchax's episodes)
May's Eevee
Brock's Marshtomp
Jessie's Cascoon

I'm also not 100% sure about these Pokemon;

Ash's Charmeleon -- Eric Stuart?
Ash's Muk -- Eric Stuart? (I don't think it's Jimmy Zoppi like everyone says, because in Muk's latest episode he wasn't credited)
Ash's Snorlax -- Stan Hart? (unlikely since it had a different voice beginning in late Johto and he was still part of the cast)
Ash's Cyndaquil -- Kayzie Rogers?
Ash's Taillow -- Kayzie Rogers?
Ash's Glalie -- Dan Green or Pete Zarustica (somebody told me it was Zarustica. I thought it was Green. Both are credited in all of Glalie's episodes)
May's Combusken -- Darren Dunstan?
May's Beautifly -- Rachael Lillis?
May's Bulbasaur -- Kayzie Rogers? (It's not Tara Jayne, because she left 4Kids and moved out to LA. Plus, May's Bulbasaur has a different voice than Ash's. You have to listen closely, but it's different.)
Brock's Mudkip -- Lindsey Warner?
Brock's Pineco -- Eric Stuart?
Brock's Forretress -- Eric Stuart?
James's Cacnea -- Lindsey Warner?
James's Chimecho -- Bella Hudson?

I would really appreciate it if anybody could help with this list. Thanks in advance!

Woah!

They kept Forretress' voice?

Cool, I never knew that! ^^

Hmm......

I don't know who did Charmeleon.

But I know for a fact that Michael Haigney (one of Pokemon's directors) did Charmander's voice.

So JP Forretress (dunno JP name sorry) and Ookido-hakase have the same VA? COOL! Does he do any other voices for Pokemon.... sorry, Pocket Monsters? (I know he's the narrator, but....)

But yeah, on some official actor/VA thingy, it credits both Snorlax and Muk (??) to Stan Hart, and I think I've heard it on some forum too. I think Snorlax and Muk have similiar voices anyway.... Snorlax is a little higher-pitched I think, but they're still similiar.

I think a lot of voices were done by Eric Stuart, as well, but I'm not sure which ones. ^^;;

EDIT: Err, I mean a lot of POKEMON voices, sorry. ^^;;

They kept Foretress's original voice for AG 4, and now the Ninja Episode. All the other times it was a dub voice.

Donphan and Kingler have their original voices.

Do you remember where it was you heard that?

You have to be careful on some of these voice actor web sites. I'm on one right now that has so many mistakes it's not even funny. They claim Eric Stuart plays Charizard (it's Shinichiro Miki), Tara Jayne plays Ivysaur, Vulpix, Clefairy & Clefable (Eric Stuart, Roxanne Beck, & Rachael Lillis, respectively), Amy Birnbaum was Caterpie and Butterfree (Rikako Aikawa), and Lisa Ortiz was Lapras, Chikorita, Bayleef, Meganium, Squirtle, Wartortle and Blastoise (Mika Kanai played the whole Chikorita line, Eric Stuart was the Squirtle line, and Lapras was Rikako Aikawa)

I think it was this forum....

But the site I went to, I don't remember, except that it had grey text boxes, white background, and blue bars on the sides, so if that sounds familiar....

I still think Snorlax and Muk were done by the same guy though. The voices were really similiar.

Ishizuka Unshou's VA is responsible for:

Regulars (human)
Orchid-Hakase
The narrator
The Koiking Salesman
The Rocket-Dan's boss during the Houen League

Regulars (pokemon)
Satoshi's Ohsubame
Takeshi's Forretos
Satoshi's Kingler
Satoshi's Betobeton
Takeshi's Iwaku
Jihro's Haganeil
Takeshi's Kunugidama
Kenji's Strike
Kojirou's Dogasu
Kojirou's Matadogasu
Shigeru's Kamex
Shigeru's Elekible

The list of not regular characters he's done is too long for me to bother transcribing here...

Wrong. Unless he had a different voice in the Jouto dub...

No, Foretress plainly had a Dub voice in all his Johto and Hoenn appearances, except the ones I mentioned.

May/Jessie's Wurmple: Rachael Lillis (I know she did at least one Wurmple voice in the anime, so I'm assuming she did the rest.)
May's Beautifly: Rachael Lillis
Brock's Fortress: Eric Stuart

It's common, upon observation, that a lot of the people who do the human characters also do their Pokemon. This probably helps a lot with dubbing, because they can do a whole chunk in one recording session.

Thanks for the help! I actually had a feeling Rachael did Beautifly, but I wasn't 100% sure on it.

I agree with what you said in your post about the voice actors playing a lot of their Pokemon. I think the only exception to this is Veronica Taylor, whose only Pokemon voice was Diglett (to my knowledge).
