help make a fakemon sprite

i made this what i think is ok but could be a lot better sprit thing i had made lots of atempts to try and make a good sprite out of it but failed

now i am asking for help all i want is to see the pokemon as a sprite and who ever makes it can do whatever they want with it i just thought it would be nice to see it as a sprite

i made an attempt (cos i kind of got impationt and this is what i came out with (please note i did use actual pokemon sprites)

now the shadeing is rubish i know but i will try and sort that out
