I need a complete balanced competitive team with their EV spreads, Items held, their nature, and moveset. I need an experienced person who can do this and is willing to do this. I will take ALL advice into consideration, so I can take more than one idea from more than one member. Remember, I need a COMPLETE balanced competitive team party, so don't post just one or a few pokemon. Also, please try to use the RMT format. Thanks, and all the best! :)

This is asking quite a bit. Tell me, what kind of approach would you like your team to have? Crush everything in sight? Wall the foes and wear them down? Whatever else you can think of?

I would like a balanced team. A mixture of offense and defense with a variety of types and movesets. I really dont care what you suggest, just tell me what team you would think is best. Its kind of an opinion thread.

Balanced or Offensive is good for the newer players. Think of a few pokemon you would like to base the team off of.

This is for wifi, right? Because if it was for PO, you could use the deadly DW Stoutland + Ttar combo. You be surprised at how much of a beast Stoutland is.

Edit:

Nevermind, I see this is Gen 4 >__>
My bad.

Lol your right I was thinking about my larvitar. What could we do with these pokemon?

Sandstorm based...

Tyranitar
Bastidon
Garchomp
Fortress
Magnezone
Empoleon

Thing about Sandstorm teams, they all don't have to be immune to Sandstorm. Keep Tyranitar, and Empoleon, and think what could help Sub-Petaya's Emp's Sweep.

What about a baton passer that can learn calm mind, nasty plot, or swords dance and pass its stats to empoleon? If you could come up with the other pokemon, that would be great! :)

You've got to think in terms of the whole team, the roles, and the strategy.
e.g. there are leads, anti leads, walls, stallers, phycial sweepers, special sweepers, revenge killers and choice users.

i.e. in my team, i use my lucario as an anti-lead, he attacks with hard pysical moves while the opponant sets up, to make a whole in the opponents team, which results in the opponent having less options for defence, opening up my sweepers. I then have a pysical sweeper, 2 special sweeper, a wall and a revenge killer (scarfnape) who can also sweep. So you can see, i choose a heavily offensive team, and created my lead to help.

in this way you need to construct a team, you need to decide how many pokemon of each role you want, how you'll use the lead to assist the rest of the team. so start to decide on which roles you want and i can then help you further :)

Baton Passing requires a dedicated team, and I don't think it would be worth it. Do you have a good Celebi for Wifi?

jimiinthesky, what about this team?

Lucario - Anti Lead
Rampardos - Phys Sweeper
Alakazam - Spec Sweeper
Porygon-Z - Spec Sweeper
Shuckle - Wall/Stall
Infernape - Revenge Killer

Yeah, I do but I dont want to use legends...but if you have an idea with celebi, then go for it.

If you want to play competitively, you'll have to familiarize yourself with which Pokemon are banned from standard play and disregard any prior notions of "legends." Ubers are banned, but not all legendary Pokemon are.

Rampardos and Shuckle have no business in OU battles. Porygon-Z and Alakazam are questionable at best. Lucario and Infernape could work well together on a team, but I suggest you take a look at some articles on Smogon before you attempt to delve too deeply into team-building.

I would personally recommend you to here.
It's a useful site. These articles should help you.
From what I see, you want a team based off of Lucario, right? Would you then still be amenable to a Sandstorm team? Lucario can be amazingly useful in Sandstorm. It doesn't benefit specifically, but it's can still give it ample opportunity to set up a sweep.
