this team is just a nice project i been working on. as you can see im going to be using a team that can handle sandstorm and im using skarmory to lay out stealthrock and use roar to make the other player switch pokemon after using toxic. im also aware of how skarmory might not be able to pull off roar after toxic since it will be taking 2 turns of damage so i was thinking about getting rid of toxic.tyranitar is obviously setting up my sandstorm for my garchomp and the rest of the team.im also wanting to teach roar to aerodactyl but i dont kno which move to replace with it, i was thinking crunch or dragon claw.

Skarmory-no item
Ability-Keen Eye
hasty
Stealth rock
Air slash

Tyranitar-Soft Sand
Ability-Sand Stream

suggestions on moves, pokemon, and order would be amazing right now.

thanks but i dont really understand the dig instead of EQ.

Yeah whatever dig can do EQ does better. Also, consider spikes instead of air slash since skarmory's sp Atk is terrible and it would allow you to deal a good amount of damage to non-flying,non-levitated pokes when they come in, and make skarm hold leftovers. Also im not a big fan of dragon rush because of its shaky accuracy so consider dragon claw for more reliability or (if you have platinum) outrage for power. Im not sure how effiective aerodactyl is as a physical attacker since hes usually used as a taunt lead. Also getting a good special attacker might not be a bad idea since your whole team seems to be physical based.

thanks this helps out a lot i forgot about outrage. i dont think spikes stacks up with stealth rock though and stealthrock hits everything plus skarmory wont be able to really do any damage unless it's faster than my enemy's pokemon then it can just roar the entire team into SR.

my aerodactyl is actually pretty good when it comes to physical atks. well atleast it has less satk than its atk.

do you think it would be a good idea to run my aerodactyl first since it's speed is 386 and my skarmory has 235 speed even though skarmory has way more deffence? i could taunt and stealth rock then roar and have less of a chance of the enemy going first.

this isnt ment as an ingame team even though i dont know much on EV's and IV's even though you may concider it one. i use this team on Wi-fi and with other people i know and i just wanted to see what others thought of it and how i should change it insomniac.

once i figure out how to tell what their EV's and IV's are ill edit. :)

You should have figured out their IVs, EVs and Items before wanting it rated.

well im just starting to be honest i've never been competative. so i wouldnt know any pokemon's EV's or IV's now would i?

Honestly you could have asked since there are two simple questions and answers threads. There is also smogon.

okay well thanks for the help. any suggestions for my team?

Umm...you know pokemon underground during dig take 2x damage from EQ right?
And anyway that 'formula' applies to EQ if it can beat the target before it can move doesnt it?

In OU, Flygon is the closest thing to Garchomp (the latter used to be in OU before being promoted to Ubers.

Try this Flygon set:

Item: Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant/Jolly/Naughty/Naive
-Earthquake
-Outrage
-U-turn
-Stone Edge/Fire Blast
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe or 252 Atk/80 SAtk/176 Spe

^Only reason I changed it is cause there'd be a ton of the same move and as good as having lots of the same move might be good but for an expericenced trainer like me Earthquake can easily be countered or even made useless
