hi.

i recently had to disable my microphone in order to listen in on a skype call. one of my friends invited me to listen in on a podcast he was helping create, but on the condition that i wouldn't disturb anyone. i obliged, and disabled my mic. after the call was finished, i went back to turn my mic on, but nothing was there! so now i'm calling on you all to help me out.

i'm on a lenovo ideapad Y530.

I know you probably got all excited when you saw that someone had posted on this thread, but here's my answer: I have no idea what you just said.

"Nothing was there" as in there was no option to re-enable your mic, or as in you re-enabled it but it never started picking sounds up again?

there was no option to re-enable the mike.
