Help needed in regards to the XY and ORAS Battle Maison

Hello! I'm still pretty new to the competitive battling grounds so I need some help if that's ok!

First off is I'm trying to get my favourite Pokemon, Lucario, to achieve all ribbons available since XY but there is one I will struggle to get, the Expert Battler Ribbon where I have to beat a head in a super battle in the Kalos battle maison.
But the problem is I don't know which format to choose or what team to build. My Lucario currently looks like this:

Lucario (M) @ Lucarioite
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Special Defence
Jolly Nature
IVs: 31/31/31/x/31/31
- Close Combat
- Extreme Speed
- Crunch
- Earthquake

Feel free to suggest different movesets or EVs.

Another is in the multi battles in the Hoenn battle maison. What team would go best with Wally's, Archie's and Steven's?

Fairy/Steel/Dragon cores works great in the Maison (I use Mega Mawile + Dragonite which covers three in two slots).

Specs Sylveon seems like a good partner on paper because Lucario breaks down all the Steel-types that will take Sylveon's Hyper Voices.

- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock
- Baton Pass / filler (could use Wish, Yawn, Toxic whatever)

You could run 48 Speed to beat uninvested base 65s and below, like Tyranitar, Chesnaught, Alomomola, Gothitelle and Emboar (I can't remember how common they are in the Maison, I haven't played it for a few weeks and the Maison has bizarre sets like Toxic stall Darmanitan e_e). 84 Speed EVs beat uninvested 70s, which is probably as far as you should go since Sylveon likes its bulk. You could use Specs, but since this is the Maison, Life Orb or Pixie Plate probably work fine since you're going to be clicking Hyper Voice 95% of the time.

So if you go with Sylveon + Lucario then something like Lum SD Garchomp or Lum DD Dragonite will probably work fine. Lum Berry is literally a life saver in the Maison because status happens so often.

I'm currently at a streak of 150 in super singles with my Greninja/Mega Mawile/Dragonite trio, so hopefully these work out for you. I mean you could even use Greninja to lead, break down a team where Mega Lucario and Sylveon can clean up (it's pretty easy for Greninja to do this in my experience using it in the Maison) if you wanted to. You can tailor Greninja's moveset to whatever type coverage you need as well, thanks to Protean.

I used a Wash Rotom and a Mega Kangaskhan to go with Steven. I got 50 streaks with this :3

I had Rotom Wash lead with Steven's Aerodactyl. If the opponents are pokemons that Rotom alone can't take care of, I just used Will o Wisp on every one of them. Mega Kangaskhan was mostly for backup and for Fake Outs. Steven has decent AI and since his Mega Metagross is powerful on its own, bringing a supporter to cripple the opponents will be the best choice. He's usually the one to KO the pokemons.
