Help On Pokemon XD Again...

So after I've had the interview with Emili's mom, Serebii.net's Walkthrough says it go to the Outskirt Stand. What is that? It's not on the map...

Okay, I think I remember this, go back to Pyrite Town and visit ONBS(the t.v. station) and talk to everyone there. I think one of them will tell you that they got an annoymous tip about Shadow Pokemon and the person wants to meet them at the Outskirt Stand. They suspect a trap and will send you there instead, at which point the Outskirt Stand should appear on the map.(I can't remember which person you're supossed to talk to at ONBS, which is why I said talk to everyone)

In the tower there's only two people, and they just talk about how Team Snagem isn't affiliated with Cipher. What's weird is, the person standing outside is asking me if I found Bonsly and when I say yes (I got it a while ago), he says "Oh you should tell the little girl" but I'm pretty sure I already did, and she's not in the tower anymore.

Did you just find the Bonsly, or did you get it and return it to the girl?

No, I caught it and when I talked to the girl or whatever she apparently had received it and now the family in the building is gone completely.

I think they end up across the town from ONBS. Where the leader of the town lives. Kinda by the police station. I thought I remembered seeing the family there.
