Help with location based evolutions

Hi everyone,

I'm playing Pokémon Soul Silver, and I need to get my Magneton, Nosepass and Eevee to evolve into their location-based evolved forms; therefore, I need to get them to a Diamond/Pearl/Platinum game.

Wonder if anyone can help me; I'll send them holding a rare candy, so you don't even need to bother battling (unless you want to, then keep the rare candy for your own game). I don't mind if they get some EVs, all I ask for is to preserve their movesets as they are right now.

In exchange for the favor, I can get almost any breedable pokémon, lots of items, berries and TMs.
