Sorry, but you need to provide more if we're to help you. What do you want from this team? Is it for in-game or competitive battling? What are the EV's of the Pokemon and what are the natures?

Please provide more information, otherwise we can't actually help you.

This team is an in-game team; it's not for competitive battling. It belongs here. I will be closing it for now; if it is meant to be a competitive team, please read the RMT format. Also, read the specific rules for this section, as for teams like this you shouldn't make entirely new threads.

That team is fine if you want to keep it in game (there is a 'post in game team' section on this forum too), but there is quite a lot wrong with it if you were planning on going competitive. Not the pokemon themselves but most of the movesets. I'll give you a few moveset suggestions (which is all I can do with the info given). Get a heart scale and re teach megahorn to scolipede. That is his best STAB and hits anything that doesn't resist it really hard. Get rid of Venoshock because his special attack isn't that great anyways, and I have used scolipede , and even with toxic venoshock is pretty terrible.

For Nidoqueeen, look at your TM list and pick some strong moves that can benefit from sheer force (increases power of move but removes secondary effect). Poison sting is an awfully weak move and i'd replace it with something stronger. Due to its really varied movepool I can't just suggest moves off the top of my haed.

Hydreigon- His bread and butter is with special moves- look at moves like draco meteor (from 8th gym city, but he needs high happiness), the less powerful but more reliable dragon pulse, dark pulse, fire blast, surf, etc.

chandeleur- give it fireblast/flame thrower and shadow ball. I guess the other 2 moves can be anything you think works best with your particular strategy.

Charizard- Why fire spin? You have flamethrower as a great STAB, how about aerial ace? Fly is pretty strong in Gen. 5.

Luxray- If you are not going competitive I guess it can work for you but if you are, you should get rid of hyper beam (opponent gets free turn) and give it crunch or some other really good coverage move.

Hope that helps a little. I know someone who knows more about EVs and such can do a better job helping with those.
